I met Louise at a recent Indie book fair, and so I had to read one of her books! Well, maybe two! In Trodaiche we meet Annie, once in the RAF Military police, and now rescuing runaways and victims of domestic abuse on behalf of a local charity. Annnie goes where most fear to tread, and on one of her missions she comes across an injured man.
Setting off her own personal alarm, her fellow ex MP and friend had given her, she helps rescue a man, who could change her life.
Tony is grateful for being rescued and wants to meet his rescuer. Annie doesn’t want to get involved. Her friend has other ideas.
Annie is a wonderful character, suffering from her own demons, she tries to help others, and almost misses out on the one who would look after her. Plenty of spice, great characters, raw emotions and action to keep you reading.
